#TheOppressNetwork

  A fellow blogger Sarah Chiwaya or Curvily, bought my attention to an article made by O, the oprah network. The segment was pure nonsense, point blank. As the world takes 10 steps ahead, The Oppress  Network just sent the "Be happy with yourself" movement 10 steps back. I thought making a mockery of plus size girls was over.
     The O magazine said in their Q&A segment;
"Can I pull a crop top?" To which the writer Adam Glassman, wrote
"If ( and only if!) You have a flat stomach, feel free to try one."
it's amazing how the (and only if!) Just had to be emphasized. A lot of girls took to Twitter to start the hashtag #rockthecrop. That is just one of the many creative hashtags made in the last couple days.
    I styled this lace crop top with high waisted jeans and super cute heeled sandals. Swap the light jacket for a bomber jacket or just bear arms. Make everyone uncomfortable with your confidence. Swap the jeans for shorts or a skirt and  you're ready to bury all these writers opinions about YOUR BODY!

Jumpsuits and Rompers

     Jumpsuits are a great way to look stylish, when you don't feel stylish.  On days when you feel down and want to stay home, don't do it. It'll make you feel ten times worst. Throw on a short romper for the  day time or throw on a long jumpsuit for a sexy night time look.
   For the day time, a short, patterned romper and some sandals will make you look casual enough for any summer time activities. If it's casual, gladiator sandals will do just fine. If the occasion is a little dressier, a wedge sandal and a clutch will dress up the outfit.
       With the longer jumpsuit I think a tall heel will take the outfit to another level of fabulousness. A flat sandal is fine if you cuff the leg of the jumpsuit,
If you leave it long it'll shorten your legs and make you look shorter then what you really are. Wear a heel and you'll look tall and your legs will look great.

Internship ready Outfit

    This look was inspired by this adorable doughnut bag! I took the colors from the bag , and styled it with a marble skater skirt. I did a sleeveless white top, but you can defiantly wear a white v neck to make the look a little more casual.
   Summer is all about internships, working, and looking cute. Imagine working with the best designer as an assistant, and you look this cute. Switch the kitten heel with a flat, so that you can run all around the city enjoying the internship. But if The devil wears Prada taught me anything, wear your heels around your boss and switch out to flats when you're getting coffee and dry clean.

  As an alternative to the "cute" look, maybe go with a sleek pencil skirt, a higher heel and a chiffon blouse. It'll give you this tall sexy, librarian look.  For the blouse, pick a light color to make you look inviting for summer, I suggest lavender or off white.
